Private tasting sessions can be organized in any country and are conducted by official AWT assessors. These sessions focus on the sensory and gastronomic qualities of the products presented, including flavor, aroma, texture, appearance, and overall balance, in accordance with AWT’s applicable assessment criteria, ethical principles, and standards.
